1. I am already registered but cannot login to my trinitymatrimony.com account. Why?
When you done register on trinitymatrimony.com you will get an USERNAME and PASSWORD after registration. That contains your trinitymatrimony.com “userid (Matrimony ID)” and “password”. If you have not received for whatever reasons, then your trinitymatrimony.com account is still inactive. Then feel free to contact us and we will send your userid and password.
Sometimes emails get lost. Or it is possible that you may have entered an incorrect email address by mistake. You can email us with the Name, username and email address that you used to register, and we will go through it and get back to you as soon as possible
3. How do I modify my profile?
Sometimes you may want to modify the profile details. To do that, you have to login to the site and choose the modify option in the left side menu. You can modify most of the details using this option.
4. How do I upload photo?
Login to the site with your username and password. In the “My Matrimony” page click on the photo upload image. You can upload upto 3 photos. Upload quality photos so that you will have more interests recieved.
5. Why should I upload the photos?
Photos are the primary method for identifying and remembering a member by other members. The photos will help the members to have connections established in their memory. In addition, we have noticed that most of the first time searches are for profiles with photos. So, adding a photo will definitly increase your chances 10 times.
